- **Event Description**: Hosted at Farmingdale State College , this event brings students, staff, and the community together to stand in solidarity with survivors and raise awareness around sexual assault.

The evening will include:

5:30-6:30pm Info Fair - stop by one of the tables to gather information and learn more about Sexual Assault Prevention. Collect stamps and win a ticket for the food truck.

6:30-7:30pm Keynote  - Marlee Liss, is a somatic educator, social worker, and lesbian feminist whose groundbreaking sexual assault case led to a precedent-setting Restorative Justice outcome in the North American court system. An award-winning speaker featured in Forbes, HuffPost, and the Mel Robbins Show, she founded the global Survivors 4 Justice Reform coalition and has delivered talks for Action Trauma Summit, Vanderbilt University, Women’s Mental Health Conference at Yale and more. Currently, her story is being made into a documentary and her book on re-imagining justice will be released with Penguin Random House in 2027. 

7:30-8pm - March Across Campus - we will walk across campus with lanterns - "Shining a Light" on Sexual Assault.

This is more than an event; it’s a space to learn, reflect, and support one another.
